Now I realize my question is wrong?I dint share my love to them instead he is adding more love in my daughter's life .Its like adding a diamond to the crown,more joy to the family especially to the first one.
The next classic question is - Is he resembles I or Prashanth or Harshi?
Honestly I dont know yet.But with my family and friends opinion were he started resembling Harshitha slowly he is like me now.He had grey green eyes to start with and now its greyish brown.
Hari's Milestones
He takes his own sweet time when it comes to milestones like turning at 4 th month ,sitting at 6th month, crawling at 8-9 th month and standing on his own started at one year and mission accomplished yesterday august 17 2011 with proud walk four steps on his own that too. So Hurray for all milestones till day.He has four teeth and munching his hand seems to be hobby from almost 8th month.
My favorite words so far are athai, thatha, baba , appa,yaya, burrrrrrrrrrrrr.
Hari's Food Habits
Eating is whole another story when you ask any mom ,if you are a bachelor or married without kids dont ask question to any mom is how does he/she eats? Then you should be ready to listen to a big big story from mom.
But hari seems to be happy to drink milk any day any time , happy eater of both Ragi/Oats porridge with banana and any fruit is ok when it comes from mom's plate.Then comes his One year appointment with doctor and he hasn't gained from 10 months check up.He weighed 19 pounds 13 ounces.So asked to introduce Whole milk atleast two times or 16-20 ounce in anyform in his diet.
Hari's first Rough time:
Like a sincere concerned parent my fight with hari started in introducing bottle next day and failed terribly.If you have free spirited kids you know kids dont giveup that fast ,a good quality which every adult(I told myself learn from them) should learn from them.I gave him in Indian way how they give medicine to kid by putting them in between your legs so they cant escape from you.Like that 10 ounce of milk went inside him till aug 16.He gave up and started having his milk without crying from aug 16 .Thank god and hari for drinking on his own so my bp need not rise or I dont have to feel guilty that I m hurting him.
Parties:
So far Hari has attended so many parties in his first year.
Pooja - Our herndon home - Ayyappan pooja.
House Warming - Ram-Gayathri home,Our home and Deva-shailu's home .
First Wedding Ceremony - Senthil-Sheeba wedding at Reston
First Reception Party - Deva -Shailaja in Woodlands park,herndon.
First baby shower - Srivatsan-Adithi in their home ,herndon.
First birthday party - 3 cake cutting.
One with Ram-Priya,Kavya Karoonya, Anitha-Gaji patty ,
One with prema patti,raju thatha ,ramu thatha,my cousins, peripa and perima through webcam .
One with my mom,dad,Harshi and lots of kids and friends in Stuart woods party hall and had Nemo and dory cake.
Hari's favorite toys and activities to do
Sleep in my Swing ,playing Learning table , Bouncer - standing and rocking on my own.throwing ball,toys,blocks small red frisby , harshitha's hoola hoop, shuttle bat .Climbing stairs , roaming in deck and playing in bathroom is his favorite thing to do .
Hari so far is absolute mama's boy ,happy kid, early starter, love playing with harshitha and dad,enjoys water so much, hates crowd & strangers lifting him.
